I have an emotional approach to wine, for that I will strive to teach how to taste from your heart rather than mind, living through a wine and describing it following your emotions and using your own words, outside the realm of traditional descriptions. To me, this is the only way to totally enjoy its complexity and enrich your soul. For a sommelier or a wine lover that's easy : they have a technical knowledge, learnt from books, studied and tasted a lot of wines, know almost everything about them. These tools allow him to have a wide imagination and complex feeling of wine.
I will try to transmit some knowledge and stimulate your imagination helping you creating your own vision of the wines you taste. Mind that you all have a natural ability for evaluating wine : you can FEEL YOUR EMOTIONS. The hardest part is express and traslate them into words.
