Overview

Spend with us a morning discovering the atypical products of Tuscany and Italy, tasting the authentic flavors of our country at the Market of San Lorenzo, accompanied by a professional chef who will explain the characteristics and history of the market and its products.
We will then move to our kitchens not far from the historic center, inside a historic building. Here we will prepare a typical Italian four-course lunch with the products we met at the market (for example truffles and balsamic vinegar).
Once the preparation of each specialty is finished, you will be able to taste what you have made in our dining room, accompanied by a bottle of wine and water.

In this particular moment we have an eye for all the rules and precautions that protect the health of everyone. Always paying attention to distances and avoiding crowded schedules
