We will see how the extraordinary olive tree is grown, how the oil extraction method has evolved over the centuries, we will taste fantastic oils and we will have fun deciding which is the best with the method of true professional tasters! Finally we will learn why a quality extra virgin olive oil is not only extraordinary for our health, but how it can be a vehicle to protect the environment, the landscape, biodiversity and cement a community.
