We will visit a local wine bar in a typical Florentine district for a tasting of Nobile di Montepulciano with pecorino cheese, prosciutto and typical Florentine bread.

In this area, we stop in a historical delicatessen owned by an ancient wine family for a tasting of local white wine Vernaccia di San Gimignano or Tuscan red or Prosecco with petit Panino and crostini. At this venue, we will also see a historic wine door.

In this area, we will visit a bar that showcases Italian design at its best. This is an elegant cocktail/piano bar where we will learn about Italian mixology and taste small pizza squares, olives, bread, and crisps.
