Get ready to wear an apron, because as soon as you'll arrive, Anna will give you a rolling pin, eggs and flour and you will create together -with no modern machine, just with hands and fatigue- traditional Italian pasta, from dry to stuffed pasta. For each size of pasta she will recommend the sauce and you'll prepare the best accompanying sauce. You will discover new techniques and methods of cooking healthy and tasy while saving money and time!

Anna will also suggest you where to buy the best local products in Florence and give you recipes of her Italian food and wine culture. At the end you will enjoy an excellent dinner, accompanied by a glass of local wine.
