Overview

On this guided walking tour you'll discover the beauty of the most important sites located in the heart of Florence. Your walk starts with the Medici Family District where you will admire Palazzo Medici Riccardi, San Lorenzo Church and mausoleum-Medici Chapels. You will reach then the religious centre of Florence: the Cathedral with its Brunelleschi dome, St.John's Baptistery and Giotto bell tower. Continuing on, you will admire the romantic Ponte Vecchio and you will arrive in Piazza Signoria. In this “outdoor museum”, be amazed by the beauty of Fountain of Neptune and the Loggia dei Lanzi. Palazzo Vecchio dominates all this with its Arnolfo tower, one of the most famous symbols of Florence. At the end of your guided Tour, you will get a 72h Pass that will allow you to enter by your own the Cathedral, the Crypt, the Baptistery, Giotto's Bell Tower and the Opera del Duomo Museum.

  • 72 hours Duomo Complex Pass: access by your own to Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, San Giovanni Baptistery, Giotto's Bell Tower, Crypt of Santa Reparata and the Opera del Duomo Museum
  • Baptistery: Access from the North Door (Martelli street side)
  • Giotto’s Bell Tower: The ascent consists on foot along a stairway of 414 steps and there is no lift. Last entry 7:00 pm.
  • Opera del Duomo Museum: Access from Piazza del Duomo n. 9. The Museum is closed on the first Tuesday of each month.
  • Santa Reparata: Access from the Cathedral “Porta Campanile” (south side, beside the Bell Tower entrance)
