Overview

One of a kind cooking class (hands-on from scratch) replicating a typical New Year's Eve Dinner in Italy. Spend the evening with us in our kitchen preparing delicious recipes and then all together dine and fun away from the noisy restaurants and "prix fix menu".

This event is unique in town, it’s a lot of fun and we are really looking forward to meeting you there.
You will learn to prepare the best Italian recipes for New Year's celebrations.
Fresh pasta, succulent ravioli, roast meats, ossobuco or stew with Barolo, very fresh fish or shellfish ... and then fragrant bread to accompany salami and cheese all accompanied by bubbles and wonderful wines.
You must indicate what do not eat and all the allergies. We are extremely flexible but, unfortunately, being a special evening focuses on traditional New Year's dishes, it will not be possible to host, celiacs, allergic or do not eat eggs, who do not eat cheese, who does not eat onions or garlic.
