We'll spend some time together talking about food and culture, learning the tricks of the Tuscan food and cooking toogether from my private home. It will be fantastic to experience a cultural exchange in these difficult times. It's a good way for being together. We will have fun, and we will both learn a lot form eachother. I have many culinary secrets to share with you, the heritage of my mum and grandmother. I'm a food lover, so it would be a pleasure to share my knowledge with you! Before we meet online, you choose your favorite dishes from a list I provide, and I'll give you the list of ingredients and tools you'll need for the class. I need 2 days notice to provide my shopping too. Then I'll invite you on Zoom or Skype and we will start cooking together and toasting with some nice wine. The dishes mentioned here are an extract of a long list of possible recipes to make together. You can choose 2 dishes from the list I'll provide.
