San Gimignano

Our driver escort will pick you up at your location (hotel, B&B or private apartment) and take you on a drive through the sweet hills of Tuscany.
First stop: San Gimignano, is a small walled medieval hill town, not far from Siena. Known as the Town of "Fine Towers". The small town is like an open-air museum and our expert driver will tell you the best things to see and taste.
The town also is known for saffron, the Golden Ham, and its white wine, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, produced from the ancient variety of Vernaccia grape which is grown on the sandstone. In the main square don't forget to taste the best ice cream in the world. (Gelateria Dondoli)

Chianti Road

This is one of the most beatifull wine road in Tuscany, we wil drive through the sweet Siena hills, amidst olive groves, cypress trees and vineyards. If you want, you will have the possibility to taste renowned wines and other typical products like olive oil, Sienese sweets, cheeses, balsamic vinegar and truffle in a super Tuscan Farm. Ask our driver about the various farms for a lunch and wine tasting. You will pay for the lunch or tasting directly at the farm- winery.

Monteriggioni

Second Stop: Monteriggioni Castle.
Founded by the Sienese between 1213 and 1219 as an outpost against the Florentines, in antiquity Monteriggioni was famed as an impregnable fortress. Inside the castle you can visit the museum of medieval weapons. At the end of the visit we will move to Siena at your hotel, B&B or private flat.
