What To Expect

Uffizi
The guide will give you an introduction of the famous Gallery, a building commissioned by Cosimo I de Medici and designed to host the “Uffizi”, that is the court and the administrative department of Florence.

Nowadays the exhibited collection has 2.200 works of art, that’s why several days are needed to visit the museum thoroughly, but if you have less time our guide will show you those masterpieces that you can’t miss.

The tour will start from the “sala delle Maestà”, a room dedicated to the Tuscan painters of the late 13th century and the beginning of the 14th century, through an historical and cultural path including some of the priceless masterpieces that the whole world envies. You will see the Botticelli Rooms, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, works by Paolo Uccello, Piero della Francesca, Filippo Lippi, Tiziano and Caravaggio.
