Overview

After a half-hour beautiful ride into Tuscany, we’ll reach one of the best olive oil producers. You will visit the olive press and hear about how Tuscany’s gold is made. Through a technical tasting, you’ll learn to distinguish a great olive oil.

Our next stop is in a panoramic spot on one of the ridges of the Chianti Classico mounts. We’ll visit an organic certified winery specializing in biodynamic agriculture. After a brief cellar tour, we’ll enjoy 4 delicious wines in tasting and our Grape guide will teach you what to look for in the glass.

We head to a breathtaking beautiful historical winery that not only makes great organic wine but also has one of the best restaurants in Tuscany. We’ll dine on fresh vegetables from the garden and after lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to taste two more wines along with some local cheese.
