Overview

What we will do:

We will start by visiting the local market, San Pierino and the typical Florentine shops, to select seasonal products directly from local farmers that we will use together in our culinary experience.

Once we arrive on the culinary terrace with a breathtaking view of Florence, we will have some "fettunta" and "bruschetta". After filling up with fettunta, we will get our hands dirty and I will teach you how to prepare fresh pasta by hand. We will prepare two fresh pasta. Finally we will enjoy the fruits of our work and, of course, the TASTE!
